How to disconnect Videocon D2H get refund money

I'm suffering from pathetic stb quality since 3 years. It's 4th time stb gone corrupt on the day I recharged with 1050! I wish to take refund for recharged amount as they are asking for swapping stb, remote and adaptor by paying amount I can get a new dish tv with life time warranty offer. So please tell me if I deactivate and ask for refund what are chances of getting 1000 bucks back? Is there anyone on forum who actually fought with d2h and won the war on refund of account balance?

feeling little bit scare  whether i will get my balance amount  back or not.

They agreed to give my amount back.Back end team called me and  asked my address and mobile number.
Refund not yet happen,am still waiting for their response.
Let you know if i get any updates
