if you hav any software related issues on dish+ STBs (mybox and arion)
you can do a hard reset by following method
unplug the stb power only connect the dish antenna connection then press the power button and channel movebutton (first and third button on stb front panel ) press both buttons and turn the power on press the buttons for 10sec.. then release the buttons and wait for 10 minutes to OTA
