You can try with mono block as well though separate LNB will also work. And from both satellite, you can get all TPs but signal level of side LNB satellite will be lesser.

Bro i have mono Block LNB With primary Facing NSS6...If i changed LNB Arm then I m Losing NSS6...Though i haven't changed antenna alignment
