I don't used 1000gb dvr

but had hd stb with rf remote...
for this.....

have to press "*" for 5 seconds & press ok ....
on tv screen "three Numbers" will be shown....
and press those numbers on remote...
Pairing will be done......

Try this ...

if now worked call to CC as nobody replied in this 7days..

Thanks for your help

However I found out that the Remote for DVR is a IR ( Infra Red) remote and does not need pairing. One remote works for all DVR's

The HD Box remote is RF ( Radio Frequency and needs to be paired
