Seeking Help How to reach airtel customer care

Guys i have trying to reach airtel dth customer care for the last 3 days. I wanted to to suspend my my DTH account and for that matter I could not found any solution. I tried calling nodal office also but nobody is picking up the phone. So is there any other way to reach customer care or any other way to suspend my DTH account.

I mailed them but they said use airtel app for solution

If you know any dealer than only u can take safe custody other wise switch minimum pack and save money
