No thereis no option to remove

Remove word will not be written there. You have to click on the price to remove.
For example: if it's 1 month topup then click on 225/month to remove which is written in red box.

Even I have this problem. The MaxHD was added by CC. Now, this cannot be removed from SelfCare. For packs which we have added in selfcare, the price button will be filled with "blue" color. You can click on it to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the MaxHD pack which was added by CC

Edit: "MAX ROI HD Rs.225" is added by CC. This pack does not figure in the list of HD packs in Self Care
