How to Setup Dish for Eutelsat 70B???

My 2 feet to accommodate DD Free Dish , now with this dish, I would like to catch Eutelsat 70B Signal (Free Dish skip ), if someone help me by providing step by step guide is very well then. Please. One more thing, is it possible to catch Eutelsat 70B signal in a MPEG2 Box? I have MPEG4 Box and I prefer MPEG2 Box to catch signals, because I think it is much easier to accommodate signals in MPEG2 Box. Help please.

Imam,

60 cm dish can also catch Eutelsat 70B wide beam. But you need mpeg4 box. No channel is beaming in mpeg2 stream from that Sat.
