how to tune correctly asiasat3s

I have pointed my 100cm dish(self made lnb rod) to asiasat3s , getting two tp fashion tv -27% quality and voa tp -23% working fine, others channels are not getting, I have adjusted the lnb skew and dish,,not getting signal more,,, experts please suggest the ideas,my receiver is mpeg2

Get minimum 6ft to get Asiasat-7 , There is no any mantra to get more TP on 100CM dish.
