You can't Unsubscribe any Pack/channel in lock-in period
Either You have to wait till the lock-in period is over or subscribe to mega pack

Call CC they may help u though according to rule u cannot change.

Unsubscribe for downgrading or upgrading the pack? If for upgrading then no problem CC will help you and if for downgrading then it's difficult but try to contact some senior personnel.
