How to update software of Hathway HD setup box

I tried following things :
1. Power off stb then power on, when blue screen comes showing message "please wait while initializing.
2. Press back button 2 or 4 times then press 2485.
3. Screen comes with message "Downloading the software , stb waits for signal.
4. The process is stuck at 0%. It is not moving for even 1%. After 15-20 mins stb reboots to channel 5.

Please help me out to update the software.

You can't update it unless headquarters don't provide command.
Don't know why hathway keep all forcing to LCN 5 SONY TV {might be for money}
