How to use and do everything with Airtel xtreme remote, not my smart TV remote

I have connected my Xtreme Box with my Mi TV which is also an Android TV.

I want to do everything with Xtreme box remote so I can use one remote only. How to do that?

When I turn on TV it should open the HDMI port view of Airtel extreme box by default.
I want to turn on and off the TV with the Xtreme box remote.
When I turn on TV (Via Xtreme remote) it should automatically turn on the Xtreme Box too (which is connected via HDMI).
I want to control the Volume of TV from Xtreme box remote.

Its not possible as Airtel remote pairing works with TV remote with IR sensor. Here Mi TV is Bluetooth which don't have IR

Found a youtube video of a Non-Bluetooth and Bluetooth remote Pairing. Don't know whether it works or not
