how to watch a video recorded in dish tv in a computer windows 7?

hello everyone,
how to watch a video recorded in dish tv recorder to view it in a computer windows 7? because after i plug it into the computer, this is asking for A format.. how to get it to the computer which are recorded in dish tv recorder??????? someone seriously need to help me. :wall

Bro all the dth stb recording files working in stb only & not possible to watch in pc/laptop:-/

If u want record/watch the tv on pc/laptop,tv tuner only the solution:k
