I am Not gettin NAT GEO MUSIC HD

As you all know we are able to watch all channels for free till 21 August, But i am not getting Nat Geo Music HD, even though I am getting SD Version of the Same. Message is being displayed as you are not subscribed to this channels.

Is any one experiencing the same problem???
