Seeking Help I can't able to find my customer ID in Airtel DTH

Hi,
I am working in Oman,
we friends here bought a Used airtel DTH connection to watch IPL from a person.
As the recharge expires i tried to find the customer ID in menu to recharge but it is showing Cus ID not registered.

Now how can i recharge the DTH.
