The finale of India’s Got Talent took place tonight.
Malaika Arora Khan looked ravishing in a silver metallic gown in a fishtail design. Karan Johar and Kirron Kher also looked great. Anil Kapoor was the first guest he came to promote the new season of 24 and said he was a huge fan of Kirron. Later, we had him and the contestants dancing on Gallan Ghoodiyaan on the stage.
Later, the cast of Dishoom John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez made an entry in a rocking fashion. Bharti Singh flirted with both the guys in her trademark manner. John lifted up Bharti in his arms followed by Varun.
Papai and Antara gave a lovely performance. Their dance had Jacqueline spellbound. She said their perfect act had brought tears to her eyes. We had a flirtatious session where John and Bharti and Varun/Malaika became couples. The one-liners by Karan had us in splits.
The boy from Amritsar, Suleiman showed off his pure talent with the flute as he played a medley of hit songs. John and Varun were all praise for him as the former revealed that he learnt how to play the instrument in school. Atharva and his partner then gave an energetic dance show on the song, Gajanana from Bajirao Mastani. Varun Dhawan again showed off his rapping skills as he sung a number with Bharti. It was a totally dhamaal performance. Musical group Trishna was also brilliant in their rendition of Rock On! Title track.
Lastly, we came on to the time when the winner was declared. The guy from Amritsar Suleiman won it. Everyone was thrilled to see him as the winner including all the judges who supported him all through. Suleiman won the trophy, Rs 50 lakhs and a car. He was joined on stage by his father. Bharti Singh who is also from Amritsar rejoiced in his victory.
