Infinity Pack Offer is valid till 31st Jan 2017. No idea about what deal local dealer offers but if you buy online now then you'll get 45 days of subscription free. Only 46th day onwards you'll be allowed to make changes in your package so Infinity Pack Offer will be over by then.

Buy a connection with lowest ARP... Once activated, call CC and ask them to change the package to Monthly package from ARP. They'll refund mostly... If not, call Nodal and do the same... Once changed to monthly package, do recharge for 5500 for HD and 5000 for SD from AIRTEL MONEY. You should be OK.
