Installed a new dish in neighbour's home..
Positioned at Abs2 -74.9°.
1) dish tv (oval dish )75 cm - 300 rupees
2) Sharp lnb - 150 rupees
3) Videocon RG6 cable(15mtrs *10rs) -150rupees

I don't think its a permanent solution as wind can blow the dish to different direction.
