International Recharge Cost

Please let me know the price of full on hd pack. I have no additional channels subscribed. Pakistani channels are also disabled. I am currently paying PKR. 4200 ($40) for 3 months. Is it the normal rate or can I get a lower rate? And whenever new channels are added I do not get them before my next recharge. For eg when baby tv hd and star premiere hd were added to my pack they both have unsubscribed error until my next recharge. Now hbo hd is giving the same error. How can i get it before my next recharge? It is available in my pack.
