Seeking Help is 50% signal quality good for sd channels?

I'm using videocon hd connection. In satellite management it shows 90-100% signal strength and 50% signal quality.
Is this good for sd and hd channels?

There is nothing any problem in picture quality of SD or HD even 50% signal but suppose in rainy season u r signal quality decrease faster.
