Is there any possibility of reducing the NCF in TATASKY?

In airtel dth, for the tamil nadu superstar sd pack, its cost is rs.158 only including ncf(for the pack, the price is 99 and its ncf is 59, so the total is rs.158).In such manner, Is there any possibility of reducing the NCF in TATaSKY?

Actually No but who knows there can be miracles.
Tata Sky is known as Premium DTH. Even after being last in starting transition to new TRAI packs and rules Tata Sky was the Best operator to implement all rules properly while others are getting notices by TRAI. --removed--service comes at a price.

One mistake; TS is best DTH, it's not premium dth, Premium is D2H
