Seeking Help Issue in sundth

I am using sundth but now my stb is showing boot error.red and green signal is on.green signal is blinking.when I contact technician,he told me to swap the stb.so kindly help me in this matter.

Looks like you got ota update.

During software update ,,settop light will blink continuosly.
What message you are getting on screen,can you please post pictures

Their is no option bro...You need to change STB..Many Stbs are facing issue during the OTA Upgreade including mine...

Is it showing 'be1' error in panel display after showing boot?
