Jhalak to go weekly this season?

Contestants have been locked, judges have been chosen, promos are up, and the host is all set to rock it...but what about the launch date?

Well, we are talking about Colors’ upcoming celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 9.

With a great line up of contestants and ‘hot hai’ theme, viewers can't wait to tune into the show.

Now, talking about the launch date, TOIS has got to know that the show will begin from 30 July (Saturday).

We have also heard that apparently this year, Jhalak is going to air for around six months. And it would telecast once a week on Saturday, mostly at 10 pm.

So what happens to Comedy Nights Bachao?

Well, it's still not clear if the makers are moving Bachao to a different timeslot or shutting down Comedy Nights Live and replacing it with Bachao.

We have information that the shoot for Jhalak will continue till October. But as for on air, makers would telecast it for around six months.

All we can do is wait and watch!

promos are out, the judges and the
list of participants has also been
revealed. So, you might wonder,
what is left then? The SHOW
TIMING, guys. And as we have
always been the harbinger of good
news, we are here to tell you that
both the timing and launch date
have also been revealed.
The show will begin from July 30
(Saturday), and will be aired on
Colors TV at 10 pm. The show will
air every Saturday.
This season the show's judges will
be the ace choreographer Ganesh
Hegde, director and producer
Karan Johar, and the new addition
to the list-Jacqueline Fernandez.
The participants include famous
personalities like Arjun Bijlani,
Shakti Arora, Helly Shah, Gaurav
Gera, Surveen Chawla, Karishma
Tanna, Nora Fatehi, Siddhant
Gupta, Shantanu Maheshwari,
Salman Yusuf Khan, Chef Harpal
Singh Sokhi, and the dancing twins
Priyanka and Poonam Shah.
Looks like this season is going to
live up to its promise of 'hot hai'
