The Dada Saheb Phalke award winner Dr Rajakumar's 100th film 'Bhagyadha Bagilu' was in 14 years of career. It was 'Bedara Kannappa' in 1954 as hero and in 1968 Dr Rajakumar completed 100th film in his career.

His son Shivarajakumar took 11 more extra years to complete 100th film. It was 'Anand' in 1986 for Shivarajakumar and now 'Jogaiah' 100th film of him in 2011.

One of the biggies billed as an expensive film made lavishly by actress Rakshita and director Prem in the first home banner film 'Jogaiah' release on 19th August in around 220 theatres in Karnataka has given a festival mood for the fans of Shivarajakumar. Various stars, cutouts have already stood before the two prominent theatres 'Kapali and Santosh' theatres the huge theatres having more than 1000 capacity.

The traffic block is expected on Friday morning in and around Anand Rao Circle and KG Road in Majestic surroundings. The processions, fireworks, etc are planned by the fans.

The specialty of 100th film of Shivarajakumar Jogaiah is that it has a song and fight in 3D technology. Some of the theatres have been spruced up for this. Except the multiplex, PVR, inox and Malls the two theatres with 3D technology are Navrang and Urvashi. 'Jogaiah' is releasing in Navrang and all the four shows it is 'Jogaiah'.

It was in 2006 August 19, Jogi was released and that was a bumper crop in the combination of Shivarajakumar, Prem and music director Gurukiran. Jennifer Kotwal was the heroine in 'Jogi'. In Jogaiah releasing exactly after five years Shivarajakumar and Prem remain while V Harikrishna comes as music director and Sumit Kaur Atwal a high profile personality in real life as heroine.
