Joined Tata Sky HD

Hey Guys
I myself today joined Tata Sky HD Subscription.

But I have few questions, hope you guys can answer me well..

Call representative took my order for new connection and I even got my subscriber ID but I can not register as I am having account not activate error right now..
I called TS CC and guy over there told me that once installation will be done account will be activate. Is it correct??
And after that I can pay amount for my subscription online.
