If parameter change true means why they didnt indicate these parameters in their channels :huh .. Usally channels will indicate if they change the parameter means in the previous experience .. So i think itz untrustable ..

It not looks like a frequency change as per your pic,
Currently these channels are on

3845 V 27692

As per pic new details are

3845 V 28800,

So it's a SR change of old frequency only.
