The Kapil Sharma Show is known for bringing celebrities from all walks of life on the show. The ace comedian is known to try out new themes on the show as well. We have seen sportspersons, musicians, actors and now even Anna Hazare on the show. This has helped it maintain a balance that sets it apart from other shows. Shows that featured ghazals legends, singer Arijit Singh and sporting icons have got as much appreciation as one with Bollywood superstars like Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
This year, Indian sportswomen like PV Sindhu, Sakshi Malik and Dipa Karmarkar made us really proud at the Olympics. Sidhu and Mallik won medals while Dipa’s talent proved that Indian gymnastics is growing and how. Post that, our paralympians did us proud and how. We were totally overwhelmed when Devendra Jhajaria, Mariyappan Thangavelu, Varun Singh Bhati and Deepa Malik proved that physical handicaps do not matter as they achieved a lot more than anyone could imagine at the Rio Paralympics.
After receiving immense recognition and respect from all over the world the four Paralympians have been invited by Kapil Sharma oh his show ‘ The Kapil Sharma Show ‘. Varun as well as Deepa Malik, went on to say how excited they were to be on India’s most funny show and can’t wait to have fun on the sets of the show.
Varun Singh Bhati confirmed his participation on the show to leading website.The four athletes will first go to meet the President, Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi and then fly to Mumbai. He also revealed how retired Indian cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar invited the four of them to dine with him and his family at his Mumbai residence. During the Paralympics, Sachin was seen applauding the four athletes as they went on a medal winning spree. That’s a true sportsmanship.
