Only ZBC and Rupashi left in SD (std. definition). Now is the time for SD (Sun Direct) to come back in WB, just like TS came back in Kerala in 2013. Before 2013 there were only 4 Malayalam channels on TS.

The main Malayalam channels missing now are Janam, Kappa and Kaumudy.
If these 3 are added, SUN will be almost equal with other DTH on Malayalam channels.

Two important Bangladeshi Channels already added Boisakhi TV and ATN Bangla. One more channel Desh TV available in local Meghbala Digital here in Kolkata may be added. They need to add some channels for Tripura too. Say for example DD Agartala. Also Zee Bangla Cinema, Zee Bangla HD, Star Jalsha HD and Star Jalsha Movies HD needed for West Bengal. Even Ruposhi Bangla should be added.

Are there TV channels in Tripura other than DD? Are there any Kokborok channels?

Do Keralavision available in Malayalam base pack? (valuepack of rs230/m).Yesterday it is not available in this pack while all other Malayalam channels are available. Sometimes newly added channels shows currently scrambled at time after its addition, may be it get activated soon.

It will get added I think, it is a FTA channel.
The channel clarity is really good, not sure about the content.
There are currently no advertisments in this channel. If they don't get sponsors, they may find it difficult.
