When Insat-4A expire, Gsat-10 and Gsat-31 will take over those TPs. Those TPs might have already shifted from Insat-4A to one of the Gsats co-located at 83°E position, sometimes
(I am guessing so because now the Ku Band TPs are being shifted from Insat-4A, such migration might have been initiated or under progress for C band also)
