Flexi pack+Tamil add-on+(1+1)HD star sports+English Entertainment ( activated as weekend offer) d2h cc says I month rcg amt 191 now my balance 197.67 End of subscription date 5 June Please help me friends

No use bro d2h customer care is very bad they don't give proper reply.but it's ok for me because I want to finish my account balance and move to tatasky

I have just activated KKW and my due date was not changed and Rs. 1.18 deducted from account. In message also it is clear cut mentioned that KKW Activated @ Re.1 for 1st moth and normal charge would be applicable from 2nd Month. I have also taken screenshot of that message will post it tomorrow since due to some network issue unable to upload it.

I don't why other users facing problem??? Because I am subscribing KKW regularly atleast 2 times in a month. And never got cheated.

I think customer should activate kkw from customer care. I think some person activated plan from site and app they couldn't get offer

bro I think in website and app they have removed option to activate kkw add-on. Now you can activate only through missed call or calling customer care.
