‘Koffee with Karan’ marking 100 episodes, it seemed only apt that the 100th one should be one to remember. So Karan Johar decided to bring together brothers Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan for some masti to mark his century as TV host.

The episode was arguably one of the best of the season so far with all brothers showing camaraderie as well as the immense respect they hold for one another. They talked about their modest upbringing and the very frank attitude they all share with each other. Salman gave some interesting revelations but one thing he didn’t do was answer a question about the alleged relationship he is reportedly in with Iulia Vantur. He did, however, stress once again that he wants children but isn’t quite sure about marriage as yet. It has to be said that Salman’s comments about his argument with Shah Rukh Khan, his relationships with his contemporaries such as Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and also Ajay Devgn were well received. His candidness about not having a jealous streak when another actor of filmmaker’s film does better at the box office than his were particularly humble as were his mentions of his input in films which Arbaaz backed him up on.

Sohail was also very honest about his relationship with his brothers but he chose not to answer questions about Shah Rukh and Aamir, saying that he wouldn’t take the liberty with them which he can with his brother Salman. Both he and Arbaaz also commented that they feel Salman put in more in his career than they did and that’s why he is where he is today. The Koffee quiz and the rapid fire rounds were not quite as rapid as one may have expected but they gave for interesting viewing and revelations as always.
Overall, seeing the trio together was a good watch and perhaps a one-off where ‘Koffee with Karan’ is concerned. However, it’s good to see that the three are still strong no matter what might be occurring in their personal lives. They gave the Koffee Century a perfect 100 in terms of entertainment.
