Ku band reception BER nil

Hi, due to lockdown these days i am trying my hand on sat hunting, before starting it i usually ensure all devices are working fine so i tested first to tune dd free dish on gsat) today i when i tuned it i got good signal strength and quality 80/82 but channel was not coming BER value are also nil. Kindly clear out why its happing where i am missing.

NIL BER is good! No bad bits received.
Did you try rescan? May be channel parameter has changed since last time you had scanned???

Thanks.. i resolved it, my lnb rod was broken that day and when i fixed it it reduce a little bit that why signal was not coming. Anyways thanks for the help
