Simple reason.
They are asking more carriage fee for renewal.Whereas ts asks less carriage fee because of first time addition like jeevan tv(removed by d2h,airtel).

D2H is king of this kind of activity,first they add every offered channels with less carriage fee after end of grace time,they will not renew it simply,but airtel need more carriage fee initially,they wont compromise at all.
