Lot of channels removed from base package

The following channels have been removed from Base packages and classified as follows,

On Request (Free)
NGC
NGC Wild
Star Plus
Channel V

Paid A La Carte
Life OK
Star Gold
Star Movies
Movies Ok
Star Movies Action
Star Vijay

Source: These hannels stopped working on my subscription and I called Customer Care to activate these channels again.

How did you know that these channels are NGC, NGC Wild, Channel V are "On Request" AFAIK all these are paid ones which pack you have ?

My pack is South Super Platinum.
These channels stopped working for me Yesterday.
I called Customer Care and they activated it again.

So provide full info as anybody can gets confuse on your info as all the above mention "On Request" channels are not for every pack :no

What i mean is that these channels are not available in any base pack as confirmed by cc.

That is why I mentioned "On Request"

Yes, I am getting these channels free now after requesting from Customer Care.

That means other channels u mentioned are not free
