LTR procedure through website

Hi Users,

Just want to recharge with 4085 RS new diamond annual pack from website.

currently i have new gold sports pack which is valid up to 30th April.

So if i recharge today only what will happen,

from today on wards my new diamond pack would be activated or i have to call customer care to get it upgraded.

I hope you all understood the my concern.

Pack will not activated autometically, you have to ask it. Either do it online or ask CC.

so when should i call them. today itself and tell them to activate pack on 1st of may.

Is this possible.
