Mailed an channel request to nodal officer

hi guys i just now sent an mail to tamilnadu TS nodal officer regarding channel request & wishlist:shy. here is the content i have sent to the officer.awaiting reply from him..:angry


hello sir/madam
i bought tatasky hd stb last week.as a new connection they have given me hd access fee waiver & 4 months south sports pack free.i decided to buy tatasky even when my friends asked me to go for airtel hd as it has more hd channels with same quality as of tatasky and it will great to watch in my Samsung ledtv with onkoyo A/V reciever.but i argued for you and bought tataskyhd stb. but i am suffering as in your hd channels pack there is no goodness for hollywood movie lovers like me, as you have put star movies hd alone in eng movies category..basically i am from tamil nadu i dont speak hindi but i watch hindi movies so i am managing little bit.just think of a person from south india who doesnt know hindi ,how will you expect him to pay hd access fee and sd channels subscription for simply watching 3 channels natgeo,discovery ,star cricket alone. as he doesnt know hindi he will not watch hindi hd channels.everyone said tatasky does in favour of hindi people.but i argued for you & bought tataskyhd stb.i know you are facing bandwidth problemsand i have seen it in your as usual custom reply for channel additions request from many forums.please do in future add new channels in favour of south india also along with some good english movie hd channels as there is tons of hindi channels avalable.i am not saying dont add future hindi channels but do consider south indians.if possible remove hd access fee & let allow users to pay what they watch.HD access fee is just a kind of forcing people to pay inorder to watch in something hd which people dont like to do it.

My Wishlist in your GSAT10 addition:
Movies Now HD
History TV HD
TEN HD
Discovery tamil
regional channels(consider whole south india)

as you are going to have more bandwidth please relay with great picture & audio quality.there is a long gap between south sports & dhamaal mix pack. dhamaal mix pack gives no goodness to south indians. just put an additional pack in between these two at the price of RS.170 by adding english movies channels,regional channels with some hindi ,english music channels in future.just see from south indian point of perspective you will see all my points clearly.i dont think north indians will suffer as i am suffering as your packages are based in such a way.
sorry for long message..take some time..hoping a reasonable reply to my questions & wishes instead of your traditional reply.

nothing will happen bro. if you are south indian by origin and your mother tongue is either tamil, kannada, malaylam, or telegu go for sun direct as sun direct is the best with highest no of south indian channels.hyahya:sp:sp

(I mean south sports pack is 155rs/month for SD and then addition 100rs for HD access is compulsory or no). If it is compulsory then the pack costs 155+100 = 255Rs. somebody clarify these.

if you watch only SD then 155rs/month
if you want HD channels also 155+100 = 255Rs/month

no hd access fee is compulsory for only hd viewing alone.with south sports pack & hd access fee of rs 100 you will get only sony,starplus,nat geo,discovery,zee in hd.for other channeles like star movies you have to subscribe additionally so only i raised this qn to nodal officer

all are saying like this means how will TS take this seriously. i am not saying i watch only tamil channels. i like bollywood movies,songs & watch eng channels so only i chose TS.if we keep on putting request,complaints sure atleat one human being will answer & take this seriously.stop discouraging & do request or atleast support them

I have high hope T(S will add more & more regional channels when GSAT-10 becomes operational. They have added few regional channels last month only.
