Message icon is not going away

I am using tataskyhd. Message icon is not going from screen. When I press yellow button on remote. It says no signals.
All channels are working properly

Anyone can help me

Bro issue is sometimes when we press yellow button to view message, instead of taking to my account it displays no signal message and so we cannot clear messages.

After how many days it worked for you brother? It's so annoying on screen yellow message icon. I thought its due to bad signal quality.

But That Time It Was About To Update Software

Do Software Update Manually If Still Problem Persists Go For Factory Reset!

I did update it. But problem is still there. Even done factory reset
