Mid Valley join hands with M/s. Cinema Station Pvt. Ltd.; for 50 theatres in Andhra Pradesh & also distribution of content in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

In addition, this deal will also usher in an era of growth in terms of creating alternative revenue streams, using exhibition points as locations for multiple points of presence and customer context.

M/s. Cinema Station Pvt Ltd enjoys a rich track record in film production, distribution and exhibition. The company has so far distributed over 32 films in Telugu and has produced 9 films.

Andhra Pradesh holds the highest number of theatres in the country at over 2800. Telugu film industry churns out more than 200 films a year and this JV will be centered on all aspects of content industry in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Mid Valley which produces and exhibits films will get 50 theatres in Andhra Pradesh and thus will become a dominant force in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Mid Valley expects addition of approx a turnover of Rs. 100-105cr & profit of Rs. 13-14 cr. in the current year.
