hi why dishtv not provide mono block lnb for free. because every channel in our base pack is our right to watch... then why they charge 600/-

Last month I had called Dishtv for monoblock LNB. CC said it will cost 600 rs.(including instn. cost) & I will get few english channels (like CBS chs/MGM/NDTV Profit...) free for one year.
