ts giving 100 + channels for free in everywehre tv + 10000+ hours of vod for free in all packages is adtv giving ? :huh

In a country like India where minimum internet speed 32kbps,how many of their customers can watch vod and everywhere TV?
If anyone have good speed,then why he need ts for he can easily get the content.
