Moto g3 sim slot 1 detects Only Jio Sim Not any other sim

Hi I'm new here , My Moto g3 sim slot 1 detects Only Jio Sim Not any other 4G sim But slot 2 detects all sim. Need Help is any one facing this problem brothers.Thanks in advance brothers

Go to settings and then go to mobile network and give network mode GSM/WCDMA/LTE OR GSM/WCDMA. restart your phone

Hi abishek bro, thanks for ur reply... i already check that but the slot 1 says No Sim Card instead of no service... If it shows no service means we will follow the mobile network change .... plz help me....

I have the same Problem bro,,,later solved

There is Only One option for solve.

Reset your phone

So probably a defect on the phone model.

I reset the phone 3 times but the problem still persists ?
