Why the english movie channels like HBO,Star movies and Sony pix are repeating movies always.Dont they have enough movies?

Star movies india have a poor performance i in case of movie library.At the same time fox movies in countries like malaysia,singapore have a good library of movies.

It's because Star gives more priority to streaming than tv for international content. Thanks to poor anti piracy laws.
