Seeking Help Moving basepack from ROI myplan99 to South myplan99

I am in ROI myplan99 and ROI MaxHD. Is there any way to move this packs to respective south/TN plans? I am not getting the Sun TV channels currently.
CC says myplan99 only available in rest of India and I have to take a different plan .
