Moving from D2h

I live in North India so I am dumping my D2H ST2. box is also very laggy. Thinking of moving to Tata play or Airtel. No Dishtv as I want maximum HD channels. Cab anyone suggest me what i should go for
1. I have an antenna so who provides set top box only in less rate.
2. Want HD packs less than ₹400 with all major hindi HD channels.
3. Better service and HD clarity

Pack cost is less in TP, but Airtel provides better HD clarity. Service-wise, TP is good, but airtel is also suitable. Both have their pros and cons.
