Mtunes HD sound crackling

Hii guys,
Anyone facing this issue. Sound on Mtunes HD is crackling like hell.
Is anyone else facing this issue. It started after the CN changed from 89 to 69.
No other channel has this issue. Is it form the broadcasters end or dish tv ?

Yes I was very bad yesterday. Cracking sound from left speaker.

Today noticed sound cracking in Nat Geo People HD. MTUNES HD sound seems fixed now.

No Audio Crackin Issue..

For NGC People HD it was on Right side track.
In Malayala Manorama i noticed the same audio issue. This is very annoying.
Dish tv service levels also going down i think.

Now watching SSHD, sound is cracking and sub woofer channel not working.
Any body facing this issue.
