how to change box 1 primary and box 2 secondary type, customer care service not solved, and mail to d2h not slove,

Alternatively just swap stb's and respective packages as per your need, if both are same boxes.
I had the same problem, did not get right response so I swapped boxes to different rooms

Is d2h deactivated one connection? To swap primary to secondary? Or any other way you did?
