My cisco stb dvb-c 3410 goes off due to high voltage fluctuation. when I turn on the power button there some noise made the stb and it didn't start. there was heavy rain and lightning in my area that time and I started the box after stops raining.
Help me whats the power issue with the box and it will repair or not?
and cable operator will repair it or not?
