My Dish TruHD+ STB is not booting!!

My Dish TruHD+ STB is not booting!! It just says boot on the STB and then says loading on the screen, then it goes back to boot again. HELP? How do I start it up? Need a quick answer please.

Switch off from mains and restart. If it does not work, call customer care.

You can disconnect the IF cable from the stb and then check for boot ,Also check your house voltage minimum (220V) I mean if the voltage drops to certain Extent even then stb can't BOOT. The third stage is when OS gone corrupt, So check these things and then reply if doesn't help then call CC.
