My Home Made 4 feet+ (Modified) Dish

Dear All Friends,

I made a home made Dish from Dish TV dish. The dish size is 130 c.m. +. It is made from Aluminium sheet. It is spicialy for C band tracking. I track Insat4A, Thaicom, Asiasat-5 (100*), Asiasat 7 (105*) east etc. The complete idea is me own.


I am suffer from problem for Focal point. I can not change the original Dish TV dish focal point. Because i can not calculate. Althou it is working. It is spicially made for Asiasat-4 (122* East) track. But i can not success. In my location asiasat-4 (122*) dish recomendation is 130 c.m. dish. But Why i can not get???

I can get signal from Asiasat-4, but sufficient for channel catching. Please expert tell me solution

Focal length = (width ^ 3) / (16 * depth * height)
