MY tata sky hd plus box change channel 2 time when recording. when i recorded a program  and change another channel it is changed 2 time what is the solution for it

It is a bug in stb, happens with me sometimes.

Keep happening with me occasionally but I don't think it happens only when you recording something. I used to always blame for my quick actions of changing channels or to remote.

If its a bug in stb, anyone knows if its knows to TS and are they going to provide any fix for this?
