my Tatasky box automatically switch to power saving mod

hi anybody suggest me what to do settings of my Tatasky to solve this problem
every night 11pm they have power save mod activate i have change many time settings. but no results. so help me.

Press Organiser on the remote. Go to System settings. In the System settings, select power save settings and change auto power save to off and press the blue button on the remote to save the settings. This should solve your problem.

i have also try this settings for many time but problem not solve
